Vythos is the smallest and the most intimate. A single open-plan room wrapped in lime plaster and woven cane, with a private veranda and dining area that looks straight onto Pachena beach. Close enough to hear the breaking waves through the night.

A note on Vythos: Vythos is built into the shell of the original house, and the bathroom keeps its low, original ceiling — part of what makes it unusually cozy. In fairness to taller guests: the bathroom is low, and might be uncomfortable for anyone over about 1.90 m (6'3"). The rest of the Vythos is built in its original full height.
